Payments in Storypark
If your child's centre uses Xap for billing, the primary payer on the account can view the account balance and statement from the Admin section of the Storypark for Families app.
Note: You'll need to connect your Xap account first. See Families: Connecting your Xap account. Only the primary payer has full access to payment features.
Viewing your statement
Your statement shows your live balance, recent charges and payments, and any Child Care Subsidy (CCS) entitlement applied to your account.
Paying an invoice
Invoices and payment to your centre are still handled in the Xap web portal, which you can open from the Open in Xap link in the Payments section.

Why can't I see Payments in the Admin section?
Payments only appears once you've connected your Xap account and your centre has billing enabled through Xap.
I'm not the primary payer. What can I see?
At launch, full payment access is limited to the primary payer. The primary payer can manage what other guardians can see and do from the Xap Guardian portal.
Can I restrict what other guardians see from within the app?
Not yet. This is managed from the Xap Guardian portal for now.
