Note: This article describes how admin family members can edit or delete a child's profile. Once an admin family member is connected to a child's profile only they can delete the child's profile. Educators will need to archive the profile.
Editing a child's profile via the Storypark website
If you are an admin family member you can edit your child’s details on their profile page:
Tap the Menu button and the name of the child you wish to make edits for
Tap Stories from the drop-down menu under their name
On the opened page, tap Edit
Edit the details, and tap Save to save your changes
4. To save your changes, tap the Save button.
Don't see the edit button? You may not be an admin family member. Click the Family tab under the child's name to see who is currently an admin family member for the child.
Delete a child's profile via the Storypark website
Deleting a child's profile will permanently delete all their content, including stories, notes and family moments.
Admin family members can delete children's profiles from Storypark for any profiles they administer. Any deleted profiles will be removed for all family members connected to the child's profile, not just the person who deleted the profile.
If you are connected to multiple children's profiles, you can select which child profiles you'd like to delete from Storypark and which you'd like to keep.
Delete a child's profile via a web browser
Tap the Menu button and the name of the child you wish to delete
Tap Stories from the drop-down menu under their name
On the opened page tap Edit
Tap Delete this child and confirm your deletion request in the pop-up
Edit a child's profile via the Storypark for Families app
If you are an admin family member you can edit a child’s details from the Storypark for Families app
Tap the Me tab in the bottom right corner of the screen
Tap the child you wish to make edits for
Tap Edit on the child's profile
Edit the details, and tap the tick to save your changes

You may need to close and reopen the app to allow it to refresh if you still see the name of the deleted child displayed.
