From the website, every service on Storypark has an 'edit' page. Here Admin educators can:
Update information displayed on the service's 'about page'
Change the service's timezone
Access the exported portfolios page
Edit a service's permission settings
To access, from any page, tap Edit next to the service’s name:
Note: If 'edit' does not appear next to the service's name, it may be that you are not currently logged in as an Admin.
The exported portfolios page
The exported portfolios page gives admins oversight over the exporting and downloading of children's portfolios at their service.
From the edit page, select the View all exports button on the right-hand side:
From here admins can view past exports, as well as, who at the service last exported and downloaded a child's portfolio and request a fresh download if needed:
Click the 'i' icon on an individual export to see further details like the file name, ID and size:
💡 If you need help from the customer support team with a particular export, let them know the file ID you can see here.
Edit a service's permission settings
From the website, Admin educators have access to a range of permission settings that change how educators and families can interact with Storypark at their service.
Note: All of the following may not apply to services that are part of a multi-site organisation on Storypark.
From the service settings page Admins can:
Turn on/off conversations between admin family members and educators
Enable/disable the sharing of individual stories with other services at a higher level
Manage the following fields in incident reporting:
Family signatures
Observer signatures
Photo uploads
Accessing a service's permission settings
Scroll down the edit page to the two sections 'permission settings' and 'incident report settings':
