On the website, Storypark services have an edit page where they can manage site-specific settings and permissions.
In this guide learn about:
How to access the edit page
Admin educators can access the edit page when logged in to Storypark on a web browser. From any page, tap Edit next to the service’s name:
If edit does not appear next to the service's name, it may be that you are not currently logged into the website as an Admin.
Update information displayed on the service's About page
Each early learning service has a profile page, also known as the About page - this is where services can introduce their team and philosophy to families, as well as display their preferred contact details and host important documents.
This page is visible to a service's Storypark community - educators and family admins, but not non-Admin family members.

Changing the service timezone
Changing a service's timezone will reflect in the time shown on routines.
If you need to change the service's timezone, tap the timezone displayed above Contact address:
From the pop-up, select your preferred timezone and save your changes:
Your service's permission settings
Admin educators can set the permissions for your service These are grouped into five sections Permission settings, Email settings, Incident reporting settings, AI settings and Early Access.
The sections you see depend on your subscription and any add-ons your service has, and some settings may not apply to services in a multi-site organisation. If there's something you'd like that isn't showing, contact our support team.
Permission settings
Let parents create and comment on community posts, or keep posting to only those in your team.
Allow conversations between admin family members and educators.
Share a child's individual stories with other services they attend, so their learning travels with them. Tick the setting, then choose which children's stories are shared, or select All.
Email settings
Turn on image protection in emails to keep children's images out of email notifications. Families see a placeholder and tap through to Storypark to see the real images.
Incident reporting settings
Decide what an incident report needs at your service:
Family signatures
Observer signatures
Photos
AI settings
Turn on writing tools so your team can fix spelling and grammar, translate, and adjust tone without leaving the editor.
Turn on Story draft so educators can start a learning story from an AI-guided first draft.
Set your framework and draft settings so drafts align with the curriculum and approach your service works to. Tap Edit to change them.
Early Access
Join Early Access to try new features before they're released more widely. Anything available to you shows under Early Access features.
Exported portfolios
The exported portfolios page gives admins oversight over the exporting and downloading of children's portfolios at their service.
From the edit page, select the View all exports button on the right-hand side:
From here admins can view past exports, as well as who at the service last exported and downloaded a child's portfolio and request a fresh download if needed:
Click the 'i' icon on an individual export to see further details like the file name, ID and size:
If you need help from the customer support team with a particular export, let them know the file ID you can see here.
