From the website, Admin educators have access to a range of permission settings that change how educators and families can interact with Storypark at their service.
Note: All of the following may not apply to services that are part of a multi-site organisation on Storypark.
From the service settings page Admins can:
Turn on/off conversations between admin family members and educators
Enable/disable the sharing of individual stories with other services at a higher level
Manage the following fields in incident reporting:
Family signatures
Observer signatures
Photo uploads (coming soon)
Accessing a service's permission settings
From any page, tap Edit next to the service’s name:
Note: If 'edit' does not appear next to the service's name, it may be that you are not currently logged in as an Admin.
Scroll down the edit page to the two sections 'permission settings' and 'incident report settings':
