Find the stories you're looking for, faster – filter by author, children, story type or learning tags, and order by activity, date or title.

In this guide learn about:

On any page where stories show as a series of tiles – for example, your service's Stories page – you can filter and order what's shown. Tap Filter stories on the right to open a dropdown of filter and order options.

Filter stories

Filter your stories

Choose from:

  • All stories – every story you have access to

  • Individual stories – stories about a single child

  • Group stories – stories about a group of children

  • Authored by me – only the stories you've written

Filter by author

To see only the stories you've written, tap Filter stories and select Authored by me. The page updates to show only stories where you're the author. To return to the full list, select All stories from the same dropdown.

This is useful for quickly finding your own work, reviewing stories you've written, or revisiting content you've published.

The Authored by me filter is handy for end-of-week wrap-ups – see everything you've published this week before your next planning session.

Filter by children

Filter the stories on this page by the children who appear in them. Select any child in the list to only see stories that include that child.

Filter by learning tags

Filter the stories on this page by the learning tags applied to them. Select any tag in the list to only see stories with that learning tag.

Order stories

You can order the stories on the page by:

  • Recent activity – stories with new comments appear first

  • Story date – the date the story was published

  • Story title – alphanumeric order
