Applying a promotional code to your service's Storypark subscription during or after a trial

Applying a promo code whilst on a trial

If you’ve received a promotional code while on a trial or before signing up, sign up for free or log in to your account. Once you're logged in, click your service's name in the blue bar at the top of the page to go to your service's Account page.

At the top, you'll see how many days left you have on your trial. If you've just signed up, you'll have 30 days:

Tap Do you have a promo code? Enter your code in the popup window, then tap Submit

If you enter a valid promotional code it will be applied to your subscription once it starts.

Applying a promo code after trial

If your service has an existing Storypark subscription and you've been given a promo code, our customer support team will help you apply this to future invoices.

What happens if your promo code is not accepted?

Contact the customer support if the code you have been provided is not being accepted.
