Read more about your early learning service profile area, here.

There are two ways to access the editable information on your early learning service’s profile:

1. From any of your early learning service’s pages, tap Edit next to your early learning service’s name in the large white panel:

2. Or, click on your early learning service’s About tab. Click Edit in either the central text area, or next to the Contact details area:

You'll be taken to a form where you can add, edit or delete any of the information on this page:

When you first access this page, all fields except for your early learning service’s name will be blank.

Here you can edit your:

  • early learning service name.

You can add, edit or delete your:

  • profile image

  • about

  • contact address

  • contact number

  • email address

  • website

  • documents

Add, edit or delete ‘About’ details

Simply click in each field and enter the text. If there is already text there, you can edit or delete it by highlighting the text with your cursor, and retyping or deleting it.

In the ‘About’ field, you could add or edit, for example, your:

  • early learning service overview

  • mission statement

  • philosophies and values

  • history or story

  • curriculum

  • information about teaching staff

  • anything else that is important to your early learning service and community.

Add, edit or delete contact details

Simply click in each field and enter the text. If there is already text there, you can edit or delete it by highlighting the text with your cursor, and retyping or deleting it.

In the ‘contact details’ area, you could add or edit, for example, your:

  • contact address

  • contact number

  • email address (the email address will be a link that when clicked will open a new email addressed to you)

  • website (the website will be a link that when clicked will take someone to your website)

To edit or delete the text, simply highlight the text with your cursor, and retype or delete it.

Add, edit or delete documents

Upload useful files for your teachers and family members to download. The ‘Document’ area is at the bottom of this form. When you first access this page, you will simply see an ‘Add a file’ button. If you are editing this page, some files may have already been added.

Click the ‘Add a file’ button and a drop-down window will appear showing the files on your computer. You can upload most types of files, but common filetypes are PDFs, Word docs and photos. Find the file you want to add (it’s a good idea to keep the files you want to add to Storypark in one or two places so they’re easy to find), click the file and then the ‘Open’ button. When the file has finished uploading, you’ll be able to click the ‘Save’ button at the bottom of the form which will take you back to your ‘About’ page.
