Payment methods we offer
Customers in Australia and New Zealand can pay for their subscriptions by direct deposit, bank transfer, or credit card.
Customers in Canada can choose to pay for their subscription by direct deposit or credit card.
Customers from other locations will need to pay for their subscriptions using a credit card.
How to add a direct debit payment method to your account when upgrading from a trial
When upgrading from a trial, you'll be able to select a payment method.
Select Direct Debit will allow you to choose to pay via GoCardless (our Direct Debit partner).
Enter your company and email details.
Note: This does not change the details on your account page or service
Add your bank account details
Check and confirm the details are correct and tap Set up this Direct Debit instruction
You'll be taken back to the checkout to confirm further details. Then, you can tap Subscribe to complete your subscription upgrade.
Note:
Following set-up, direct debit authorisations can take up to 5 days to be approved.
Once approved, payment will be taken from your account.
Direct debits will appear as GoCardless on your bank account statements.
Change your payment method to direct debit
You can change your payment method to direct debit from your Account page.
Tap Change billing contact or payment method on the Account page
Select Payment Methods
Select Direct Debit, and Pay with GoCardless
Enter your company and email details.
Note: This does not change the details on your account page or service
Add your bank account details
Check and confirm the details are correct and tap Set up this Direct Debit instruction

Cancel your direct debit
