Welcome to Storypark! If you are new to Storypark, here are some of the most common features you can explore.
Latest activity
All the latest stories, community posts and comments related to your child's profile will show first.

Your child's profile on Storypark
You can access your child's profile from the Menu on the left-hand side of the page.
View a snapshot of your child’s stories. Order them by Recent activity (stories with new comments appear first) or by Story date (date published). You can also filter your stories by the learning tags in them.
View a snapshot of all a child’s stories, invited family members, and notes. View the story order by ‘Recent activity’ (stories with new comments appear first) or by ‘Story date’ (date published). You can also filter their stories by the learning tags in them.
Viewing a story
When you click on any of the stories on a child’s profile page, the full story will open. Scroll to read the full story and any comments that have been made. You can see which children are in the story, the author, date added, and learning tags.
Admin family members can also save the story as the PDF or print the story with various print options by selecting Print preview at the top of the story page.
Child notes (admin family members only)
This is where a child’s educators and admin family members can privately read and discuss information together.
Family
Any family members you invite will be shown here. You’ll be able to view each person’s name, profile image, and email address. If a person is an admin (an admin can manage a child’s account), this will be shown next to their name.
Invite family (admin family members only)
If you are an admin family member, you can also invite other family members to be part of your child's Storypark community.
Your personal conversations
Conversations are private messages you can send to educators and family members in your child's learning community.
You can choose who you wish to have a conversation with, send them a message and communicate back and forth over time. Conversations are separate to stories, enabling educators, parents and families to talk privately without it being part of the child’s or educator's main learning journey.
The Conversations link in your menu is where you can find all your past conversations.
Edit a child’s details (admin family members only)
Here is where you can edit a child’s name, birthday, gender and profile image, or delete your child's profile from Storypark. Before removing a child, you may want to export their stories with the export options to the right.
Rooms allow educator to group children, families and educators at the service. A room works in a similar way to your wider early learning service's area with its own children, educators, community discussions, stories and notifications. Your child could be in one or more rooms within their early learning service, and you access them in the menu under their early learning service’s name.
Notifications are alerts you receive when somebody does something within Storypark that demands your attention. On the Storypark platform, notifications show up as a little number in a red speech bubble next to the Storypark duck at the top of the page. You can also receive notifications via email if you choose.
Clicking the duck icon will take you to your notifications page.
