As long as you are connected to a child's profile with Admin access, you can update their profile image in the Storypark for Families app.
Tap on your profile image or initials in the bottom right-hand corner:
Select My family from the list:
Next, tap on the child whose profile image you wish to update.
Choose the Edit option at the top right-hand corner:
Tap on the Edit button directly underneath the child's current profile picture and select whether you want to use an image from your gallery or take a new image
Tap Save once you are happy with the new profile picture.
Note: If you'd like your child's profile image to be changed back to just their initials, just contact our support team and they can do that on your behalf.
