When you're on-the-go you may not have time to finish typing your stories. Especially if you want to share something quickly with a child's parents.

iPhones and iPads have a feature that lets you record your voice and have it translated into written text in real-time.

When writing a story or post, tap the microphone icon on the keyboard to start dictating. You may see an alert requiring you to Enable Dictation the first time you use it.

To finish dictation, tap on the icon in the bottom right to return to the keyboard.

Accuracy depends on the speed, accent and language you speak. If it's not 100% correct you can go back and edit some of the text when you've finished speaking.
