How long is the production time and delivery?
Each photo book or moleskine photo book is handmade. Our photo book provider Milkbooks aims to send it on its way in 10 days of placing your order, but please remember good things take time, so it can sometimes take a little longer.
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your book has been dispatched. Depending on your book's destination, Milkbooks suggests you allow 3-5 working days for delivery after dispatch.
Where can I ship to?
See the available destinations Milkbooks can ship to. MOLESKINE + MILK is unable to deliver to a PO Box or Private Bag, or to multiple addresses within the same transaction; each destination will require a separate order. Combined shipping costs only apply to products of the same size and type shipping to a single address. If your country or destination isn't listed, please email our photo book provider at moleskinemilk@milkbooks.com to request a price for shipping.

How do I know my order status?
After an order is made, as well as having an email confirmation of your order, a link will appear on your child's Photo books tab at the top right of their profile page.
Clicking the link will take you to a new page with your previous order history.
