This article is for administrators of a group of services on a 'network' account. For an introduction to your network reports, see the article Your network reports area.

Access an individual service report

If you want to view more information about one of your services beyond what is shown on your main reports page, or if you want to invite yourself or another teacher to a service, simply click on the service's name in the left-hand column of your main reports page.

This will show that service's reports.

This is a similar view to what a teacher sees on their own service's reports page.

Profile area

At the top of the page you can see:

Teachers

The 'Teachers' page shows the details and activity for each teacher in the service.

Different types of activity are displayed in both graph and table format. You can select the data you want to view using the selection buttons at the top.

Select a date range:

Select the features you wish to compare:

And select either 'All teachers' to show a total count for the service, or an individual teacher.

The graph and table will then display your chosen selection. Hover over any date in the graph to see a little summary window showing the count for that day:

The table at the bottom – as well as displaying activity –  shows teachers' names, the email address they use to sign in to Storypark and whether or not they are an admin.

Here you can invite and remove teachers, and change their admin rights. Learn more here.

The 'Learning trends' page allows you to see how learning tags are being applied to a service's stories. This will enable you to:

  • see how much the service has focused on different aspects of whatever learning sets they might use, eg. your network curriculum set. Perhaps they’ve been focusing a lot in one area, or perhaps there’s been no record of learning in a particular area of interest.

  • see what learning tags have been used in a particular timeframe, and highlight new tags that have recently featured.

  • See proportionately how many times they've tagged one aspect of learning vs others.

To create a learning trend report, select a time period that you’re interested in, select one or multiple children, and choose the learning tags that you wish to review for those children over the time period.

The data will display in a bar chart, a pie chart and a word cloud.

By clicking on ‘Split view’ you’ll also be able to compare data sets. For example you might like to look at children’s learning over the last three months vs the three months before that, or the same time last year. Or, you might want to look at what learning is happening for boys vs girls, one child vs all children, or a younger group vs an older group. You’ll immediately be able to observe differences/similarities to help support the service's planning and programme design.
