If you are encountering an issue with the Storypark website, you may need to clear your web browser's stored cookies and cache.

Clearing your cookies and cache can help when:
- You're having trouble logging into the Storypark website, and tapping login loops you back to the sign in screen

- Specific pages within storypark.com are running slower than usual slowly, or particular buttons/links aren't working

- The Storypark website isn't showing the latest information after you've saved or refreshed the page

- You’ve received an Error 500 message while using the Storypark website


To confirm that the issue is related to your web browser, you can log in to Storypark using private/incognito mode, or in a browser different to the one you typically use.

We'd also suggest trying alternative devices and networks e.g. mobile 3G, 4G or home (If you have those available to you).


If the issue is not present on a different browser/device, clear your usual browser’s cookies and cache.


Clearing your browser's cookies and cache

Your web browser’s cookies and cache store information to make your online experience easier. However, issues can occur when a website changes data that’s stored in your browser. Clearing your cookies and cache is the process to remove this data and ensures that the Storypark website works seamlessly.

Google Chrome (web, Android and iOS)
Safari (web and iOS)

Google Chrome

Web

  1. If you have a PC, hold Ctrl + Shift + Delete on your keyboard.

  2. Select a Time range. To delete everything, select All time.

  3. Select the checkbox next to Cookies and other site data.

  4. Select the checkbox next to Cached images and files.

  5. Click Clear data.

Android

  1. Open the Chrome app.

  2. Tap the 3 dots icon.

  3. Tap History, then tap Clear Browsing Data.

  4. Select a Time range. To delete everything, select All time.

  5. Select the boxes next to Cookies, media licences and site data and Cached images and files.

  6. Tap Clear data.

  7. Tap Clear again to confirm.

iOS

  1. Open the Chrome app.

  2. Tap the 3 dots icon.

  3. Tap History, then tap Clear Browsing Data.

  4. Select Cookies, Site Data and Cached Images and Files.

  5. Tap Clear Browsing Data, then tap again to confirm.



Safari

Web

  1. Click Safari in the upper left corner of the screen.

  2. Click Preferences.

  3. In the Privacy tab, click Manage Website Data.

  4. Click Remove All, then click Remove Now.

iOS

  1. Tap Settings, then tap Safari.

  2. Tap Clear History and Website Data.

  3. Tap Clear History and Data to confirm.



Microsoft Edge

  1. Hold Ctrl + Shift + Delete on the keyboard.

  2. Select the checkbox next to Cookies and saved website data.

  3. Select the checkbox next to Cached data and files.

  4. Click Clear.


Mozilla Firefox

  1. If you have a PC, hold Control + Shift + Delete on your keyboard.

  2. Set Time range to clear to Everything.

  3. Select the checkbox next to Cookies.

  4. Select the checkbox next to Cache.

  5. Select the checkbox next to Active Logins.

  6. Click Clear Now.


After you’ve cleared your cookies and cache

Once you’ve cleared your browser’s cookies and cache, restart your browser and log into the Storypark website again.
