If you are an admin educator at your service, you have the option to allow or prevent conversations being started by parents with non-admin educators at your service.
To access this setting, you'll need to visit the Storypark website and take the following steps:
Tap on your left-hand Menu button and find your service.
Tap your service's name and Stories underneath that.
Tap Edit next to the service's name to access your service's settings:
To prevent parents from starting new conversations with non-admin educators - uncheck the Allow teacher-parent conversations option.
To allow parents to start new conversations with non-admin - check the Allow teacher-parent conversations option.
Tap the Save button to apply the changes you've made.
❗Important: Turning off teacher-parent conversations will also mean non-admin educators can't start conversations with parents at your service.
Parents will still be able to participate in conversations with an admin educator and with their own family members.
