Adding images, videos and PDFs

You can add as many files as you wish to a community post.

To find your community space, tap on your early learning service's Community tab:

Below the community post text field you’ll see three icons:

  • To add an image, tap the camera icon:

  • To add a video, tap the video icon:

  • To add another file type, tap the paperclip icon:

A pop-up window will appear showing the files on your device.

Find the file you want to add (it’s a good idea to keep the files you want to add to Storypark in one or two locations so they’re easy to find). Tap the file and then tap the Open button.

Adding multiple files at the same time

1. Hold down the Ctrl key (on a PC) or the Command key (on a Mac) and select another file. Both will show as being selected.

2. You can continue doing this until you have finished selecting all the files you wish to upload.

3. Tap Open. All your files should begin uploading to your community post. Depending on your internet speed, if you have selected a large number of files, they may take some time to upload. However, you'll be able to continue writing your post while you wait.

4. To delete any images you’ve selected, tap the red X in the corner of the image. To delete a file of a different type, tap Delete.

5. Once all your files have finished loading, you’ll be able to tap Post.
