There are several options for enabling and managing spelling and grammar checking within Storypark.

Spell check

Storypark supports your web browser's spell check, this means it just needs to be turned on in your browser settings in order to see it on Storypark and any other websites you visit.

(For the best experience, we recommend downloading and using Google Chrome or Firefox to access Storypark. You can download the latest version of Google Chrome for free, here.)

Google Chrome

If you are already using Google Chrome, make sure spell check is turned on by opening your Chrome menu (the three dots next to your profile picture) and selecting Settings from the options:

From the Chrome settings menu select Languages and then turn on the option to Check for spelling errors when you type text on web pages:

Spell check differs depending on the browser, if you are using Chrome it underlines the incorrect words with a red line.

Right-click the word to see options to fix the error:

Grammar

Installing a third party spelling and grammar checker

Depending on the version of your browser, you may not see a red underline on misspelled words or grammatical mistakes. If this is the case, you can also add a free third-party extension to your web browser such as Grammarly which will underline misspelled words and suggest grammatical improvements.

Follow the instructions below to install:

In Chrome: Open Google Chrome and visit the Chrome Store to install the free Grammarly extension. Click Add to Chrome to start the download.

In Safari: Open Safari, visit the Safari Extensions page, and click Install now to install the free Grammarly extension. Alternatively, navigate to this page, and the download will start automatically.

In Firefox: Open Firefox and visit the Firefox Add-ons page to install the free Grammarly extension. Click Add to Firefox to start the download.
