These online tutorials are with ECE professionals and let you see how Storypark works to support children's learning and engage parents, responding to your questions as you go through. They introduce you to the different features of Storypark and how you can get started.


I'm not a Storypark customer. Can I join?

Absolutely, these workshops are for both existing customers and new friends.

What if I register but can't make it?

No worries. You can register for another session at a more convenient time or you can watch a recorded version at your leisure.
All of our most popular workshops have recorded versions available to watch at any time here.

I've registered, now how do I join the workshop?

Once you've registered, you'll receive an email with a link to join the workshop online.

The workshops are hosted on the platform Zoom. If you are planning on watching from a phone or tablet, you'll want to download the Zoom app (iOS /Android) before the workshop starts.

What do I need to participate?

A strong internet connection which you can check when you join the online workshop. You don’t require a camera or microphone for these sessions.

Will I get a recording or certificate?

Anyone who attends the live session will receive an email with a recording. Participants who attend the entirety of the workshop will also be emailed an attendance certificate. These are sent out by the team within a week. Please note that if you register but do not attend the live session, you will not receive the recording.

Can I ask questions?

You sure can. These workshops are for you, so bring any questions to ask during the Q&A section at the end.

How long are the workshops?

They are usually around 45 minutes to 1 hour.
