Open the Storypark for Families app or go to www.storypark.com and click the 'Forgot your password?' link on the Log in screen.

When prompted enter the email address you signed up with. Click 'Reset password'.

In a few moments you should receive an email.

Click the link in the email and you’ll be taken to a page where you can choose and confirm a new password.
