How to make sure your child is receiving age appropriate developmental messages.

If your 'Raising Children Network' development messages don't match the age of your child, it may be worth checking your child's age in the Storypark Families' app.

To check (and adjust) your child's age;

  1. Go the settings tab and select 'My Family'

  2. Select the appropriate child from your list of children. 

  3. Select 'Edit' from the pop up menu.  

  4. Check your child's age as it is set in the app. If it isn't accurate, tap the date to make changes. 

If your child's age is correct and you are receiving the wrong messages for their age group, please contact our support team.
