To ensure greater visibility and oversight, network admins can give centre admins complete access to planning at their service.
In your Multi Site Management, Select the tick-box Access all plans:
Any admin at a service with access to all plans will automatically be able to view, edit and delete all plans created there. They can do so whether the plan was shared with them or not, and even if the plan’s author leaves the service.
Note: Admins assigned full access to planning, and their services, do not get notified of their increased access to planning. Consider a teacher-only message letting services know about this change in visibility.
