This article is for educators at organisations that use Single Sign-On (SSO) to access Storypark.
In this guide learn about:
What is Single Sign-On (SSO)?
Single Sign-On (SSO) allows you to use one set of login credentials (your email address and email password) to securely access multiple applications, including Storypark. Instead of remembering separate passwords for each service, SSO streamlines your login process and enhances security.
How does SSO change how I log in to Storypark?
If your organisation uses SSO with Storypark, you'll need to log in using your organisation’s SSO credentials each time you access Storypark.
Logging into Storypark via a web browser
Go to the Storypark login page and select the SSO option at the bottom:
Enter your email address and to log in with SSO:
You'll be taken to the platform of your organisation's choice (in this example Microsoft) where your login credentials can be confirmed.
Enter the company email address and password you use for your company email here:
Logging into Storypark via the Educators app
If your organisation uses SSO, you'll also need to log in via SSO when using the Storypark Educators app:
Open the Storypark Educators app.
Select Log in with Single Sign-On (SSO).
Enter your organisation email address and email password.
Note: If you do not see the SSO option at login, please ensure you've updated the Storypark Educators app to the latest version from your device's app store.
Who do I contact if we want to use SSO at our organisation?
If your organisation does not currently use SSO but is interested in setting it up, please contact your head office and Storypark Account Manager. You can also reach out directly to our support team at hello@storypark.com.
What do I do if I need help with my SSO login?
If you're having trouble logging in with SSO or need additional support, please contact your internal team or IT department. They'll be best positioned to help you resolve SSO related questions.
