Storypark has expanded our product suite by welcoming Kinder M8 childcare management software to the Storypark family. We understand you may have questions about what this means for you, so we’ve put together this FAQ to provide clarity and guidance.

What does this acquisition mean for Storypark customers?

This will enable us to support you further by offering everything you need to run your service and engage families in their children’s development—in the same platform you know and trust.

Kinder M8 is a feature rich childcare management platform with everything you need; from waitlists and enrolments to subsidy management, invoicing and payments, along with extremely high customer satisfaction. Kinder M8 also includes valuable tools like maintenance checklists, CRM, employee rostering and payroll integration.

We’re excited to offer childcare management tools to Storypark customers. However, if you’re not looking for a childcare management solution right now, there’s nothing you need to do. Your software, support, and invoices will remain exactly the same.

Why did Storypark acquire Kinder M8?

As you may know, childcare management software has been on our roadmap for a while. Acquiring Kinder M8 allows us to offer everything an early childhood education service needs to run daily operations and engage families in their children’s development, while also focusing on developing exciting new features, like our recently released AI tools.

When exploring childcare management software, we knew partnering with a company that shares our values was essential. From the start, it was clear that Kinder M8 is deeply committed to improving the lives of educators, families, and children. Their consistently high customer satisfaction and ongoing investment in innovation have helped them build a truly comprehensive platform.

Will there be any changes to my Storypark account?

Your software, support, and invoices will remain exactly the same. Any future changes or improvements will be communicated well in advance.

What do I do if I need support?

Our support team is here to help! You can continue to reach out to our customer support team as you usually would.

Are childcare management tools available now?

Childcare management tools are available now starting from $150 per service per month. Childcare management software will be billed by Storypark in addition to your existing Storypark subscription. Pricing is variable based on the size of your service and the tools you choose to add.
